Yes, all petitions require a twenty-dollar ($20.00) filling fee. Appeals to the Appellate Division of the workers comp court require a twenty-five dollar fee ($25.00) filing fee. The payments of all fees should be made payable to Workers’ Compensation Court’s administrator
